Roe 12mm half tile in weird color and white indicator LED on the back

X12 mm we noticed for the first time the tiles were going into weird mode where about half of the mod would be stuck in some random color and flashing very fast. up on investigation we noticed on back of each of these Mods there is white indicator LED in the back which is usually green with signal and yellow without data signals.

White means it has currupted firmware, usually happands on power up or powerdown on certain mods very randomly.

I would suggest to update this with latest Novastar software such as V4.2.5 form earlier blog post or it would fail. Also Please ONLY connect bad mods to processor while doing upgrade unplug all other working mods.
